Strain descriptionTISP40 (Creb3l4) 遺伝子のノックアウトマウス。エクソン5から10をneoカセットで置換。TISP40はマウス精子形成過程に特異的に転写誘導される遺伝子であり、Histone置換への関与が示唆されている。生体内におけるTISP40遺伝子の機能解析に有用。ホモマウスは繁殖性、妊性あり。
