Strain description | TRPV4遺伝子のノックアウトマウス。Trpv4 (transient receptor potential cation channel, subfamily V, member 4) は機械刺激や温度を感受してCa<2+>を通すチャネルである。ホモノックアウトマウスは、生存性、妊性ともに正常であるが、浸透圧感受、圧感受、温度感受の低下や、すり応力、痛みや刺激の反応低下などが、様々な臓器で報告されている。 |
