Strain description | Mt1プロモーター制御下でマウスIL-5遺伝子を過剰に発現するトランスジェニックマウス。血中のIL-5は高値を示し、好酸球増加が認められる。また、カドミウム投与によりIL-5産生がさらに上昇し、B1細胞の増加が認められる。 |
