    Donor DNAα 鎖遺伝子(MMLV エンハンサー＆プロモーターを上流に持った V, J, C 領域を含む cDNA 2.1 kb) と β 鎖遺伝子(VDJ, C 領域を含むゲノムDNA 14.5 kb) の両者が導入されている。加えて RAG2 KO マウスとの交配により RAG2 遺伝子が欠損している。 RAG2 KO マウスは、RAG2 coding region が 1.1 kb PMC1neo/poly(A)+により置換されている。
