    Donor DNAT細胞ハイブリドーマ BOG8 由来の T cell receptor α 鎖遺伝子(LVJ, Cα 領域を含むゲノムDNA 12.7 kb) と β 鎖遺伝子(LVDJ, Cβ 領域を含むゲノムDNA 14.5 kb) の両者が導入されている。加えて RAG2 KO マウスとの交配により RAG2 遺伝子が欠損している。 もしくは RAG2 はワイルド。RAG2 KO マウスは RAG2 coding region が 1.1 kb PMC1neo/poly(A)+により置換されている。
