Strain descriptionMgl1 (Clec10a) 遺伝子のノックアウトマウス。MGLは内在性糖鎖認識タンパク分子であるカルシウム依存型 (C型) レクチンのひとつ。エクソン2から10までをネオマイシン耐性遺伝子とβガラクトシダーゼ遺伝子で置換したもの。C57BL/6背景 (RBRC01889) およびBALB/c背景 (RBRC01890) 。解析途上。エクソン2と3をネオマイシン耐性遺伝子で置換したものあり (RBRC01891およびRBRC01892) 。
