SM/J-derived Chr 2 (RBRC01743), SM/J-derived Chr 6 (RBRC01210), SM/J-derived Chr 11 (RBRC01742), SM/J-derived Chr 12 (RBRC01745), SM/J-derived Chr 13 (RBRC01209), SM/J-derived Chr 15 (RBRC01746), SM/J-derived Chr 17 (RBRC01747), SM/J-derived Chr 18 (RBRC01744), SM/J-derived Chr 19 (RBRC01748), SM/J-derived Chr Y (RBRC01598). This strain set is useful for the Quantitative Trait Loci mapping, a segregation analysis and a linkage mapping.
