| Strain development | ダイオキシン類に反応してSEAPを発現分泌するトランスジェニックマウスを樹立するため、ダイオキシン応答配列の下流にSEAP遺伝子を挿入した遺伝子構造を作製し、トランスジェニックマウスを作製した。その際、ダイオキシン等への曝露なしに、血清のSEAP活性が恒常的に高値を示すマウスが得られ、これを系統化した。C57BL/63世代 |
