| Strain description | シナプス小胞に局在するVAMP2とpH感受性GFP誘導体との融合タンパク質 (synapto-pHluorin, SpH)をコードする遺伝子を神経特異的プロモーターであるThy1.2の制御下に発現させたトランスジェニックマウス。脳のシナプス前終末の生理学的解析および形態学的解析に使用する。SpH mRNAの発現：脳全体 (TV-7, TV-10, TV-34, TV-47), 海馬のCA1領域 (TV-42ライン), 発現していない/弱い (TV-46)。Tgマウスは通常の維持繁殖には特に問題ない。 |
