Strain descriptionDppa3 (PGC7/Stella) 遺伝子のノックアウトマウス (rtTAノックインマウス) 。Dppa3遺伝子の開始コドンをrtTA cDNAとfloxed PGK-neoで置換。雄のホモは繁殖に異常はないが、雌のホモは不妊となる。
