Strain development | 開発者:(ターゲティングベクター)金沢大学大学院医学系研究科 新石健二先生, 狩野方伸先生(マウス系統)新潟大学脳研究所細胞神経生物 阿部学先生, 夏目里恵先生, 辻田実加先生, 崎村建司先生開発年:2002年 キメラマウス取得。Bruce株(gifted by Dr. Colin L. Stewart)を用いて、相同組み換え体を取得.キメラマウスを作製。C57BL/6との F1からTLCN-Creマウス系統(文献参照)とのF2を得た.F2を相互に交配し,F3でCre遺伝子を持たないhetero KO個体を得た.このF3の相互交配によりF4でNull KO個体を得た.Null KOの相互交配により系統維持.現在はF6. |
