Strain development開発者:(ターゲティングベクター)金沢大学大学院医学系研究科 新石健二先生, 狩野方伸先生(マウス系統)新潟大学脳研究所細胞神経生物 阿部学先生, 夏目里恵先生, 辻田実加先生, 崎村建司先生開発年:2002年 キメラマウス取得。Bruce株(gifted by Dr. Colin L. Stewart)を用いて、相同組み換え体を取得.C57BL/6とのF1をFLPマウス系統(文献参照)と交配し,このF2をC57BL/6と交配してNeoカセットを除去したF3を得た.F3の相互交配により繁殖.現在の世代数はF6.
Strain descriptionCacna1gのexon5の両側にloxP配列を挿入した。FLPリコンビネース発現マウスとの交配によりpgk-neoカセットを除去した。exon5と3’側のloxPの間にfrt配列をもつ。Creリコンビナーゼ発現マウスとの交配などにより、コンディショナルノックアウトマウスとして用いることができる
