Strain development1991年に国立予防衛生研究所から ICGN F9 の♀4匹、♂6匹を分与され、大阪大学医学部動物実検施設にて近交化に成功した。ICRでの突然変異に由来し、現在39世代目にあたる。
Strain description若齢においてネフローゼ症候群を発症し、徐々に腎機能を失い、慢性腎不全に至る。ヘテロ接合体のライン。
