| Strain development | 1983年、1987年、2000年. 長期の海外出張のたび、系統を絶やし、新しく分離しなおした。金野柳一先生、独協医科大学。市販の ddY マウスの集団からスクリーンニングによりD-アミノ酸酸化酵素欠損マウスを分離した時にD-アミノ酸酸化酵素をもっているコントロールとして分離し、兄妹交配を繰り返し、系統を樹立した。雑系の ddY 由来 F21. |
| Strain description | クローズドコロニーddY由来。D-アミノ酸酵素欠損マウスddY/DAO<->の野生型コントロールマウス。統合失調症の研究。Dao1<c> (Dao1<G181R>) allele arose in some of the ddY closed colony strain. The mice with this allele lack the D-amino acid oxidase activity. This strain is useful for study of D-amino acids. |
