Strain description | B6.D2-Tg(Pvalb-IL2RA/EGFP)2Kyo. The calcium-binding protein, parvalbumin, Pvalb is expressed in fast-twitch fibers in skeletal muscles and a subpopulation of inhibitory neurons in the CNS. These mice express human interleuikin-2 receptor alpha-subunit (IL2RA)-GFP under the control of Pvalb gene promoter. |
Colony maintenance | Sibling Mating |
