Strain description内在のレニン遺伝子を欠損し、低血圧を呈する。
Colony maintenance繁殖効率：AInbred Strain をback groundとした場合には特にhomo化した場合に繁殖が困難。本系統はoutbred の ICR をbackgroundとするため少なくともheteroで維持する限りにおいて問題は認められない。
