Strain description内在のアンジオテンシノーゲン遺伝子を欠損し、低血圧を呈する。
Colony maintenanceInbred Strain をback groundとした場合には特にhomo化した場合に繁殖が困難。本系統はoutbred の ICR をbackgroundとするため少なくともheteroで維持する限りにおいて問題は認められない。ホモ化した場合、〜50%死亡する可能性あり。
