Strain description | CRE-Bpa (Creb5) knockout mice. Creb5 gene is a transcription factor including a putative metal finger structure and a DNA-binding domain consisting of a basic amino acid cluster and a leucine zipper. Homozygous mutant mice are postnatal lethal. |
