Strain descriptionCD11b 陽性細胞でAIF-1を強く発現する。マクロファージ単球などでAIF-1が過剰発現された際の炎症・免疫反応を解析するためのマウス。
Colony maintenance特に注意はないが、♀をTgmにすると繁殖効率はやや低下か？
