Strain descriptionPOU転写因子Oct-4 (Pou5f1) 遺伝子を含む18kbのゲノム断片 (Genomic Oct-4 Fragment of 18) とGFP遺伝子との融合遺伝子を導入したトランスジェニックマウス。GOF18のproximal enhancer (PE) 部は除去されている。始原生殖細胞・未分化全能性細胞特異的にGFPを発現する。
