Strain developmentES細胞のターゲテイング　放医研、阪大微生物研にて キメラマウス作製、放医研に導入後、同研究所にて飼育を続ける。
Strain description色素乾皮症G群モデルマウス。ホモ個体は生長阻害が認められ、離乳期頃迄に死亡。由来細胞はヌクレオチド修復欠損。
Colony maintenanceホモ個体は離乳期迄に死亡する為、継代不可。ヘテロで維持する。ヘテロ個体とC57BL/6を交配する。ヘテロ個体はC57BL/6と同様の繁殖効率を示す。
