Strain description | オートファゴソームに特異的に局在するLC3とGFPの融合タンパク質をCAGプロモーター制御によりほぼ全身の臓器で発現するトランスジェニックマウス。LC3は哺乳動物で初めてオートファゴソームに特異的に局在することが明らかになったタンパク質で、酵母Atg8のホモログであり、オートファゴソーム形成に重要な役割を果たしていると考えられている。このマウスを用いることにより簡便にオートファージーをモニターすることが可能である。LC3とGFPの融合タンパク質が全身の臓器で発現し,緑色蛍光を発する。 |
