Strain description	POU転写因子Oct-4 (Pou5f1) 遺伝子を含む18kbのゲノム断片 (Genomic Oct-4 Fragment of 18) とGFP遺伝子との融合遺伝子を導入したトランスジェニックマウス (Dev Biol 2003) 。Oct-4遺伝子は始原生殖細胞特異的に発現する遺伝子であり、始原生殖細胞 (PCG) を蛍光により区別、観察することが可能。
