Strain descriptionSTAM1/STAM2ダブルノックアウトマウス。STAM1ホモノックアウトマウスは加齢とともに成長不良。末梢神経反射異常を呈す。組織学的には海馬CA3領域特異的神経細胞の脱落をみる。STAM2ホモノックアウトマウスは特に異常は認められない。STAM1/STAM2ダブルホモマウスは胎生致死。
