| Strain description | ヒトMCP-1蛋白を血中に高濃度 (10〜17 ng/ml)に発現し、様々な臓器において発現が認められる高濃度に発現することでマクロファージの貧食機能は抑制される。接触過敏反応はTgmで増強する。 |
| Colony maintenance | SPFで飼育。繁殖効率は良い。conventionalではwild type に比して、このTgmと同様に全身で発現するタイプは、感染のため寿命が短いという報告がある。(J. Immunol., 155, 4838, 1995). |
