| Strain description | 細胞外基質テネイシンの腫瘍増殖、腫瘍転移における役割を解析する為に開発を開始した系統。テネシイン機能解析のためのテネシイン欠損マウス系統BALB/cA-Tnc<tm1>、他系統のマウス腫瘍およびヒト腫瘍が移植可能なBALB/cA-Foxn1<nu>およびC3H系統特異的抗原遺伝子を導入したBALB/cA-CSAの3系統を交配することにより作成した。アルビノ。腫瘍増殖、腫瘍転移、血管新生、組織間相互作用、ヒト腫瘍移植など。 |
