Strain development愛知がんセンター・土井貴弘(1997)。RelAノックアウトマウスとTNFノックアウトマウスとの交配により作出。
Strain descriptionTnf遺伝子およびRelA遺伝子をノックアウトしたマウス。RelA遺伝子:リンパ球の発生に関わる因子として発見されたNF-kBファミリーの一つ。全身でくまなく発現している。RelAのみホモノックアウトマウスは胎生期13-14日頃に死亡するが、Tnf/RelAダブルミュータントマウスは生存可能。
