Strain description脳において大脳特異的発現があり、大脳の核分画にCre酵素活性を検出。大脳における発現量はライン10, 26>22, 17N>17A, 11, 20の順。発現量及び小脳でのleak発現の量 (多くても大脳の1/10〜1/100以下) は系統によりある程度の差がある。
