Strain descriptionFabp7遺伝子のCrePRノックインマウス。Fabp7 (BFABP)遺伝子の開始メチオニンからインフレームでCrePR配列を挿入。CrePRの下流にG-CSF3’ non-cordingとpgk-neoカセットをもつ。pgk-neoカセットは両側にfrt配列をもち、FLPリコンビネースにより除去が可能。神経新生における脂肪酸結合タンパク質の機能解明に有用。
