Strain development福島県立医科大学医学部・小林和人先生(1998)。B6D2F2受精卵へインジェクションにより作出。C57BL/6Jに戻し交配された。2ラインあり。RBRC02095(メインライン)、RBRC03162。
Strain descriptionラットチロシン水酸化酵素 (TH) 遺伝子プロモーターに、オワンクラゲ緑色蛍光タンパク質 (GFP) 遺伝子を接続した導入遺伝子を持つ。Tgマウスは脳内および末梢器官のカテコールアミン合成細胞がGFPにより標識される。ホモマウスは致死 (原因は不明) 。
