H-2 Haplotype
ES Cell lineE14.1 [129P2/OlaHsd]
Background strain
Appearance
Strain developmentDeposited by Yoichiro Iwakura, Tokyo University of Science, in 2020. Mice were generated using E14.1 ES cells derived from 129P2/OlaHsd. Mice were further backcrossed to DBA/1 for 7 generations. DBA/1 congenic strain.
Strain descriptionExon 2 was floxed and a neomycin resistant cassette was inserted 5' to the second loxP site within intron 2.
