Strain developmentDeposited by Yoichiro Iwakura, Tokyo University of Science, in 2020. Mice were generated using EGR-101 ES cells derived from C57BL/6N. Mice were further backcrossed to BALB/c for 6 generations. BALB/c congenic strain.
Strain descriptionC1qtnf3 knockout mice. A floxed neomycin resistance cassette replaced exon 4 of the C1qtnf3 gene.
