Strain developmentDeposited by Akio Kihara, Hokkaido University, in 2020. Mice were generated using E14 (ES cell) derived from 129P2/OlaHsd. Mice were further backcrossed to C57BL/6J for more than 13 generations.
Strain descriptionElovl1 floxed mice. A pair of loxP flanks from exon 2 to exon 8. Frt flanked neo regsistance gene is placed further downstream of exon 8 and loxP.
