Strain developmentDeveloped by Nobuya Sasaki, Kitasato University in 2016 with the CRISPR/Cas9 technique. BDF1(B6D2F1/Jcl) were used for the genome editing, and then mice were further backcrossed to FVB/NJcl for 12 generations.
Strain descriptionTns2ΔC mutant lacking C-terminal SH2-PTB domain of the Tensin 2 gene. FVB congenic strain.
