Former Common name | GsdmaLacZ |
H-2 Haplotype | |
ES Cell line | TT2 [(C57BL/6NCrlj x CBA/JNCrlj)F1] |
Background strain | |
Appearance | |
Strain development | Developed by Toshihiko Shiroishi and Shigekazu Tanaka, National Institute of Genetics in 2009. TT2 ES cells derived from (C57BL/6 x CBA)F1 were used. Mice were backcrossed to C57BL/6J for more than 10 generations. C57BL/6 congenic line. |
Strain description | Knock-in mice for LacZ reporter at the translation initiation site of the Gsdma (gasdermin A) gene. Frt-flanked neo gene with a loxP at 3’ side was placed at intron 3. Another loxP was placed at intron 1. |
