Strain developmentDeveloped by Hodaka Fujii/Osaka University and Ichiro Taniuchi/RIKEN in 2016. B6JN/1 ES cells [(C57BL/6JJcl x C57BL/6NJcl)F1] were used. C57BL/6 background. This line has been maintained by crossing between heterozygotes and C57BL/6. No obvious phenotype was observed.
Strain descriptionKnockin mice for Cre-dependent expression of dCas9 and EGFP. DNA fragment of CAG-loxP-Neo-Stop-loxP-3xFLAG-dCas9-Frt-IRES-EGFP-Frt-pA was knocked in at the Rosa26 locus.
