BRC No.RBRC10163
TypeTransgene and Spontaneous MutationCartagena
SpeciesMus musculus
Strain nameHR1.B6-Hr<hr> Tg(EF1A-PDHL/roGFP1)20Awolf
Former Common nameMito-roGFP mice(MROH20)
H-2 Haplotype
ES Cell line
Background strain
Appearance
Strain developmentDeveloped by Alexander M Wolf, G Nippon Medical School in 2012. Transgenic construct was injected into fertilized eggs derived from C57BL/6J. Mice were backcrossed to Hos:HR-1 for more than 10 generations. Mice were maintained as heterozygote.
Strain descriptionTransgenic mice expressing ratiometric redox-sensitive GFP (PDHL/roGFP1) in the mitochondria of several tissue under the human EF1A promoter. Redox states can be monitored at skin.
