Strain descriptionKdm7a [lysine (K)-specific demethylase 7A] knockout mice. Exon 6 is deleted. A targeting vector containing loxP-Exon 6-FRT-pgk-neo-FRT-loxP was used. A DNA fragment between loxP sites was deleted by crossing a Cre mouse line.
