Strain descriptionKnock-in mice for overexpression of human histone cluster 1, H2bj (HIST1H2BJ). RBRC09768 is a strain carrying targeted insertion of CAG-loxP-pgk-neo-3xpA-loxP-Flag-HIST1H2BJ-pA cassette into the mouse Rosa26 locus. Flag-tag was fused to HIST1H2BJ N-terminally. This strain was generated by further crossing FVB-Tg(Ddx4-cre)1Dcas/J to delete pgk-neo-3xpA.
