Strain descriptionZkscan6 (zinc finger with KRAB and SCAN domains 6) mutant mice generated by the Genome editing technique (CRISPR/Cas9). This mutant contains 2 bp deletion at exon 3 of the Zkscan6 gene causing a frameshift. Homozygous mutants are viable and fertile. 7 bp deletion mutant of Zkscan6 is also available in RBRC09701.
