Strain developmentDeveloped by Takahisa Furukawa, Institute for Protein Research, Osaka University. JM8A3 (C57BL/6N) ES cell line was used. Mice were maintained in a mixed background of C57BL/6J and C3H. A IRES-LacZ/Neo cassette was removed by a FLP mouse line.
Strain descriptionFloxed mice of Tmem132a. Exon 2 and 3 were flanked by loxP sites.
