| Strain description | An ENU-induced mutant line harboring a missense mutation in the 3rd exon of the mouse Mad2l2 (MAD2 mitotic arrest deficient-like 2) gene. Amino acid substitution of arginine for cysteine at position 70 (C70R). Both male and female homozygotes exhibit infertility. Female homozygotes develop ovarian tumors at a high frequency. |
