Strain developmentDeveloped by Masayuki Yamamoto, Faculty of Medicine, University of Tsukuba in 2003. A BAC DNA construct was injected into fertilized eggs from BDF1 background. Mice were maintained in a mixed background of BDF1 and ICR.
