Strain developmentDeveloped by Yujiro Higashi, Aichi Human Service Center in 2008. R1 ES cells were used to generate the mutant mice. A floxed neo cassette was removed by crossing with CAG-Cre mice (B6). ICR mixed background (RBRC09239), ICR and C57BL/6 mixed background (RBRC09240).
Strain descriptionSIP1 (Zeb2, Zfhx1b) gene GFP knock-in mice. A EGFP was inserted in-frame with the coding sequence in exon 9 of the Zeb2 gene.
