Strain development | Developed by Katsura Minegishi and Hiroshi Hamada, Graduate School of Frontier Biosciences, Osaka University in 2010. G4 ES cells derived from (129 x C57BL/6)F1 were used to generate the mutant mice. Flanked Exon 1 was removed by crossing with CAG-Cre mice (B6/129 background). C57BL/6 and 129 mixed background. |
Strain description | Exon 1 of Lrrc6 gene was removed. |
Colony maintenance | Heterozygote x Wild-type [C57BL/6JJcl] |
