Strain developmentDeveloped by Keiichi Itoi, Graduate School of Information Sciences, Tohoku University and Kenji Sakimura, Brain Research Institute, Niigata University in 2011. RENKA ES cells were used to generate the mutant mice.
Strain descriptionCrh (CRF, Corticotropin releasing factor) gene venus knock-in mice. A Venus-frt-flanked PGK-neo cassette was inserted at the translation initiation site of the CRF gene.
