Strain developmentDeveloped by Taeko Wada, Center for Molecular Medicine, Jichi Medical University in 2012. The transgene was injected into the pronuclei of C57BL/6 fertilized eggs. Line 3 (RBRC06329), Line 6 (R BRC06330).
Strain descriptionLy6A-KDM1A transgenic mice. These mice express the human KDM1A (LSD1) (transcript variant 2) under the control of the mouse Ly6A promoter. Tg mice show no obvious abnormality. Under investigation (details unknown).
