Strain developmentDeveloped by Yoshihiro Omori and Takahisa Furukawa, Institute for Protein Research, Osaka University in 2012. The transgene was injected into the pronuclei of B6C3F1 fertilized eggs. The mutant mice were crossed to C57BL/6.
