ES Cell lineEGR-G01 [129S2 x C57BL/6NCr-Tg(CAG/Acr-EGFP)]
Background strain
Strain developmentDeveloped by Graduate School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Nagoya City University and Genome Information Research Center, Osaka University in 2010. EGR-G01 ES cells were used. The mutant mice were crossed to C57BL/6 over 8 times.
Strain descriptionFad24 (Noc3l) gene knockout mice. Exons 6-8 and a part of 9 were replaced with a neo cassette. Homozygous mutant mice are embryonic lethal.
Colony maintenanceHeterozygote x Wild-type [C57BL/6J(Crlj)]
