Strain developmentDeveloped by Tadatsugu Taniguchi, Graduate School of Medicine, University of Tokyo in 2011. E14.1 ES cell derived. The mutant mice were backcrossed to C57BL/6J.
Strain descriptionRbm3 gene knockout mice. The region containing exon 4 and 5 and part of exons 3 and 6 of Rbm3 gene were replaced with a PGK-neo cassette. Homozygous and hemizygous mutant mice show no obvious abnormality.
